1.       Objective: (Discuss in team)

-          What’s our purpose? To prepare teams to make short film.

-          What demographic do we want to reach? Students/Studios in Mongolia

-          How do we promote it to them? Bilgee (KUDS), Tsogtoo (48hf), KUDS, SUIS Students

-          How many people will take part? 20 students

-          How long are we planning to organize the workshop? 4 weeks. The 5^th week is for groups to submit their short film.

-          What’s our budget? $6,075

2.       Venue:

o   Screenwriting– American Corner

§  Screen and Microphone in-house.

o   Acting–SUIS, KUDS

§  Microphone

o   Cinematography– NamuunZet

§  4 DSLR cameras

o   Editing– Arena Center

§  PCs, Editing Softwares (AE, Pr, FC, etc.)

o   Directing– SUIS, KUDS

§  Microphone, Screen, Synthesizer

3.       Timeline – During the five weeks, sessions are on Saturday, from 12pm to 5pm. April 5. 12. 19. 26.
